We are pleased to announce that First Great Western Technical Riding Inspector Karl Atkinson, has agreed to give a talk to us relating to HST performance on Saturday 31 January 2009 at the Lamb PH, Lambs Conduit Street, London at 12:00.

He will be comparing the performance of the various HST engine types - Valenta, VP185 and MTU engines - outlining the role he plays in maintaining performance, and an overview of the MTU repower programme.

This should be very interesting and relevant to us especially in view of the good running we have logged with the new MTU power cars.

Do try and come along and support us at this interesting talk.
Any non RPS member is welcome to attend , but must register first as places will be limited.
