Does anyone have distance information for Thai Railways, or indeed the SE Asia metre gauge network generally?

In Feb 2008 I did a trip from Bangkok (Thonburi) to Nam Tok and return (incl part of the Death Railway) and later from Bangkok to Chiang Mai (DMU) and overnight sleeper return.

I have prepared a short article about this, but am reluctant to submit it for publication in Milepost without checking a few crucial details first.
